Q: My USPS traking says my package has been delivered, but I don't see it anywhere. What should I do?

A: In our experience, USPS sometimes marks deliveries as delivered when they receive the package, and not when it is actually delivered. As a result, your tracking information may indicate your package has been delivered well before it is actually delivered, sometimes as early as a couple of days. If your tracking says delivered, but you haven't received a package yet, please sit tight for a day or two, and if after that time you have not received your package, please email us at birdicorn@birdicorn.com and we'll investigate. In no case will you be left without the products you ordered, so if need be, we will send out a replacement free of charge. 

Q: The magnet in my divot tool fell out, what should I do?

A: If the magnet in your divot tool falls out, please email us at birdicorn@birdicorn.com and we'll send you a replacement tool as soon as possible. Of course, if you have the magnet, a small dab of super glue will do the trick also!
