Q: My USPS tracking says my package has been delivered, but I don't see it anywhere. What should I do?

A: In our experience, USPS sometimes marks deliveries as delivered when they receive the package, and not when it is actually delivered. As a result, your tracking information may indicate your package has been delivered well before it is actually delivered, sometimes as early as a couple of days. If your tracking says delivered, but you haven't received a package yet, please sit tight for a day or two, and if after that time you have not received your package, please email us at and we'll investigate. In no case will you be left without the products you ordered, so if need be, we will send out a replacement free of charge. 

Q: The magnet in my divot tool fell out, what should I do?

A: If the magnet in your divot tool falls out, please email us at and we'll send you a replacement tool as soon as possible. Of course, if you have the magnet, a small dab of super glue will do the trick also!
